Oakleigh Go-Kart Racing Club (OGKRC)
We want you to be happy with your OGKRC merchandise. As many of our products are produced specifically for club members and supporters through limited-edition and pre-order releases, please choose your items and sizes carefully before placing your order.
Pre-Order & Limited-Edition Merchandise.
Many OGKRC items are produced to order based on quantities received during a pre-order period.
For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or incorrect colour selection on pre-order or limited-edition merchandise.
Please carefully check product descriptions, sizing information and your order details before completing your purchase.
Personalised & Customised Items
Products personalised with a name, race number or other custom details cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect sizing or errors in information supplied by the customer.
Please check all spelling, names and race numbers carefully before submitting your order.
If OGKRC or its supplier makes an error in the personalisation of your item, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact OGKRC as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.
Please provide your order details, a description of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem so we can assess and resolve the matter.
Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Where goods have a major failure, customers may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. Other remedies may apply where a failure is not major.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when ordering. Where sizing information or a size guide is provided, we strongly recommend reviewing this before purchasing.
An incorrectly selected size is considered a change of mind and does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or exchange.
Returns Approved by OGKRC
Please do not return an item to the club without first contacting us.
Where a return is approved, OGKRC will provide instructions regarding how and where the item should be returned or exchanged.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns or exchanges specifically agreed to by OGKRC, any applicable return postage costs will generally be the responsibility of the customer.
Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law, return and shipping arrangements will be handled in accordance with the customer’s applicable consumer rights.
Collection Orders
The same Returns & Refund Policy applies to merchandise collected directly from OGKRC.
Customers are encouraged to check their order when collecting it and notify the club promptly if an incorrect item has been supplied.
